liver with onion gravy and mash or chips

That's what I am having minus the mash and chips.

I'll be serving mine on a bed of rice.

In southern Englandshire, tea is eaten late afternoon/early evening. Supper is eaten later in the evening.

How about a fried egg and bacon sarnie? With lots of brown sauce.

How comes you're thinking about your evening meal now? Or wasn't your lunch satisfactory?

I had nothing for brekkie or lunch...probably why I am hungry!

Just searched the fridge and cupboards and no bacon seen.

But I found mince and chicken and tomato/garlic/peppers...so possibly looking at something hot and spicy.

But a fry up also sounds good, so might do that on Sunday

I'm northern, and it's "tea"!

We are having chicken with a Caesar salad and home-made potato wedges. Cheating with the chicken as Mr BP will be picking a rotisserie bird up from the supermarket when collecting the youngest from her Saturday job.

Picking up another thread by XmisterIS - my lad is a picky eater so may get chippy-chips for him on the way home. Lazy tea all round!
