What trades for exterior pipes? (waste, not rainwater)

Noticed that the bathroom waste pipe from the upstairs flat is dripping, all the exterior pipework looks pretty aged- want to get it all replaced including the soil stack (ours and upstairs too- share of freehold).

I only have one question- what sort of trades do this stuff? plumbers? roofers? (all guttering and downpipes replaced last year- only waste pipes need doing)

This is handy- thanks. Figured a general builder, handy person might do it but was a bit stuck between roofers and plumbers!

General builder tbh

I’d of gone a roofer/builder as it’ll require ladders and parts from somewhere like Eurocell rather than from a plumbers depot.

Actually I once got told that plumbers are about dealing with water inside and out. A plumber once told me they train for usual plumbing stuff but also gutters, downpipes, etc. However not all will do that, indeed we know plumbers who don't everything inside. One does boilers only, another does radiators but not too keen on pipework and so on.
