Hi Everyone,
I'm completely new to this stuff so please bear with me...I'm looking to get a turbo trainer for my raleigh urban one bike, I tried asking the guys in halfords but the little reading I've done around the subject was more than they knew. My bike doesn't have a quick release back wheel and I'm a little lost in the sea of turbos. I'm looking for something simple (entry level but not wind) but quiet as I live on the ground floor in a block of flats. Any suggestions? Budget would be to keep it as cost effective as possible.
