I cycle for fun, I ride at lunch times, occassionally commute, go for longer rides at weekends when the kids are not terrorising the house, I race my self and my imagination and do it with other friends for the social aspect.

Sweat mostly, with some heavy breathing. Would make a great obscene phone caller but it's hard to dial with gloves on.
