My guess at the next fitness-craze is 'treacle-robics', where you do aerobics in a swimming pool full of treacle, honey or golden syrup.

My immediate thought was what bottom bracket seal's do they use, but then I thought what chains do they use, then I thought are these special under water machines anybody know :wacko:

Did anyone else see the episode of Mythbusters, where they attempted cycling underwater? Bouyancy prevented traction, so they ended up with bikes with concrete wheels and big stabilising outriggers, but they couldn't make it work.

I suppose its a form of resistance training, but it seems a bit silly.
