Not all the designs, and then just the arrogant fools who spend ridiculous amounts of money and, once the design is all fixed and specified, sack their architect because they think they can save money.... after all, it can't be that hard getting a house built... can it. I used to go past it 2 -3 times a year & always slow down/stop to look at it
