Hello all!

I have had this frame in the back of my garage for about 2 years now and I have finally got onto sorting it out. Can anyone help with what year roughly it is?

This would appear to be a post 1940 G.P.O cycle frame. The "camel back" design was 1st first in 1930. It became known as the '29' design. As to maker, you've got several varieties: Co-op, Federal, Townsend, Wheatsheaf etc. I would suggest Co-op.

Pashley didn't start building G.P.O's till 50s.

Thank you cycling mad for a helpful response. In your opinion it's worth restoring then being an older one?

Honestly, no. Unless you can do the restoration work yourself. I had my own 1930 example 'semi' professionally restored several years ago. I rode it once, & hated it!!.
