A chicken breast sliced up and and fried with an onion then bung in a sachet of Ken Hom's Sweet and Sour Sauce from the Co-op... makes my bananas look even sadder!

Ooohh, how about some tiger prawns, a squeeze of lemon and some black pepper.

Both of these seem pretty simple meaning I may be capable of cooking these..... don't have any prawns in the house but shall check the local co-op.

Helen your idea is the most realistic at the moment.... but I'm a bit of a carnivour so need some meat ontop of that

You'll be able to buy 3 or 4 raw chicken breasts in a pack, either fresh or frozen for about £3- just save the rest for another day... like the idea of tiger prawns though!
