Blimey, there are some good ones about.

Apache would be the obvious, but I'd actually plump for Guitar Tango by the Shadows. Great tunes great playing, very polished production for the time, very tidy background orchestral stuff.

The Jethro Tull version of Cats Squirrel, and also Bouree.

The original version of Walk Don't Run by the Ventures.

That is quite niche, even as man with quite a lot of DP vinyl, hadn't come across that, but a google made me realise why. there is quite a bit of the riffs in I'm Alone, which is on on of my LP's (A's and B's compilation).

I also have this

which almost qualifies as instrumental, although there is a bit of Ian Gillan wailing in there IIRC
