I'm not that a creative cook. I buy the chilli halloumi cheese from Aldi and dry fry it, then slap it a burger bun with salad. I discovered that cooked beetroot is a great compliment with the halloumi.

good question... there's not much in the cupboards to inspire me, it's too late to take summit out of the freezer, my favourite local take-away is closed on Mondays, 'ping' dinners never impress me... so I've no idea.

Tonight, because my brother is staying, we are off to a country pub for their all you can eat curry night. Basically they do about a dozen dishes made up from the weekend carvery left overs. The landlord's wife is Indian, and it is pretty magnificent. Expect us to be stuffed.
