I'll be making my usual tomato and vegetable pasta sauce (onions, pepper, courgette and tinned tomatoes), and this week's protein will be turkey breast pieces I just found reduced in Sainsburys - I reckon I can stretch £1.49's worth over two batches of sauce, each batch feeding me dinner for 4 days...

No we have tea here also, Breakfast, dinner, tea, we have no idea what "supper" is.

Left over pork from yesterday. So I will do a few boiled spuds, carrots, broccoli, loads of gravy. Yum.

Just had smokey fajita style chicken with loads of salad and garlic mayo served in a ciabatta. Big dinner sandwich, yum!
