Belittling beginners and new members who are just seeking help and information is just plain wrong.

Not really . I guess he did it to me but I read the advice he gave and ignored the other bits . I guess I am old / thick skinned enough to ignore the smart remarks when I ask stupid questions .

You certainly knew a thread was going to go a certain way once he and a few of the other similar minded people got posting in it, made for some pretty horrible reading in the beginners section
