Whats it like at Swinley?

I've been to Bedgebury and Surrey Hills how does Swinley compare is it more llike Bedgebury with the parking, marked trails etc. or Leith Hill where it helps if you've some local knowledge.

Swinley features parking and is usually marked trails, however with recent weather its now marked marsh land.
The drainage over swinley is not great imho
