Ok I had the door resting on the pedal as I wheeled the bike home (1 mile or so), I wasnt riding. But still..... Does that count?

I've not carried a fridge, but I have carried 144 bottles of beer and 6 of wine.
The handling was a little unsteady.
Well, not so much unsteady as scary, as it goes.

We used to give people lifts when we were kids. I remember riding with someone on the saddle and someone on the handlebars, so two additional people would be my answer. Don't think my road bike would be strong to recreate that again lol

It was easy in the BMX period when you had pegs; I think our record was 6 or 7. Needless to say we didn't cycle far

I saw a bloke in Tanzania last week carrying a sofa across the back of his motorbike. There was quite a queue of traffic behind him, trying to overtake.

A Cambridgeshire Constabulary spokesman confirmed the force is aware of the incident.

He said: 'People should ride their bikes safely and not carry inappropriate loads.'
It wasn't an inappropriate load, he never wobbled once and if anything it made him visible and guaranteed good passes, hence it made it safer ;)
