What's the name of that TV show with those three old codgers?

If I remember, the tall one is arrogant and opinionated, the little one is accident prone, and the other is just there to play the straight man.
Every week they would seem to end up driving some contraption around the back roads or getting into some sort of unbelievably scripted 'scrape'. On each occasion failing dismally to be in any way funny or entertaining.

Any ideas?
