When I was 11, my Primary School in Newcastle was used to provide extras for the filming of Catherine Cookson's The Fifteen Streets.

The bit I was in didn't make the final cut though. But I did get to stand about 15 feet from Sean Bean... he went on to great things after that near encounter.

I used to deliver food for the caterers on filming locations for tv programmes like Touch of Frost, Heartbeat, Emmerdale, Where the Heart Is etc. Used to mingle with the stars, tried several times to get in front of the camera but that proved impossible.

I've been on TV & radio and in the papers several times. Last year my business got a lot of excellent press and media coverage. In the past, I've featured in two different angling tv shows, and I use to have a 5-10 minutes long weekly angling report slot on a national radio show. I shook Seb Coe's hand on camera for the local BBC tv news when he launched a national lottery game here in Norwich 5 years ago, and I have appeared in several crowd shots.
