What's your cadence?....

Thought so. . Mine's about 90rpm although yesterdays' commute home I took a leisurely 60rpm cos it was nice weather.

My cadence has gone up since using fixed, which is good.

I average about 90-110 on the fixed, mostly in the 100-110 range.

On training rides on my road bikes, my garmin says I average about 90 - which ain't bad for hilly and flat rides. Seem fairly constant, even though some hills I grind up at about 50-60 rpm.

Good cadence is 80-100 rpm !

At a guess, mine's usually about 90-100, but that is a guess because I don't have a cadence gadget yet.

Does it matter? It also depends on what gear you use. So long as you feel comfortable and moving nicely, who cares?

I don't know what my cadence is because my computer doesn't have a cadence function and I can't be bothered counting each pedal stroke.

avg 80, 75 on a tt ,and if in playing in the lowest gear 183 but only briefly, thats 17 mph too

My Garmin has just stopped picking up my cadence meter on the bike. Any ideas how to overcome this?

Replace the battery. If that fails then the sensor arm for the cadence sensor is probably broken.
