What's your fitness age?

My fitness age is "You need to install Flash Player". Who would have thought I was that fit?

I just tried it again, this time from my work PC. The link immediately showed a page insisting that "You are years old" and "You have the fitness of an average under 20 year old".

Once I got over the shock of realising my teen years had returned , I did the usual things: cleared browser cookies, reloaded the page. It still insists I'm a spotty-faced teenager. I wonder if my cycling will improve?

Am 63 and have the fitness of a 36year old.
