What's your top speed for flat road?

Yes, although I have seen 30mph+ on the MTB in the days I had a speedo fitted on one.

I can wind my QNT up to 30mph or so, for about 5 yards. Or hold about 16mph for mile after flat mile.

I did check out my 30 mph claim at the end of today's ride and am pleased to say that it was achieved. Phew

Not sure, I must have gone over 30 easily when on the Felt (an' ah wiz fair zoomin' aboot on the Pug earlier too!). I have certainly been known to average 19 or 20 mph before anyway, so there is clear room for improvement!

First job is to find a flat bit of road, although thinking about it the nearest could be the bit from the Heath roundabout at Dibden Purlieu to the Royal oak pub at Hilltop on the Beaulieu Road. About a mile and a half of pretty much flat road. Hmm! I will report back later.
