What's your trigger weight?

For me, 5ft 8in tall, I like to be around 12.5 stone. If I ever hit 13 stone, that's when I pull back from the desserts, snacks between meals and larger portions, and make myself drink more water.

Guess what my weight was when I stood on the scales this morning? :becool:

I'll guess 13st 3lb...

I am 6'4" and my personal 'trigger weight' is 16 stones. I cannot (psychologically) stand being heavier than this. I hit 16st 2lb over Christmas and have stopped drinking and started excercising more to work my way back down to around 15st.

In a perfect world I would be 13st 13lb but I like my wines and cheeses far too much!

I'm going to do it...I'm going to be insufferably smug and say that my weight hasn't changed significantly in the last thirty years - I've been about 11 stone since I was at college (I'm 6ft). I eat sensibly (for the most part, but I eat anything I like, including, eg, fried bread, yum!), drink to excess and exercise a lot - seems to work for me. I don't really do desserts, never snack between meals, and have no interest in larger portions. It's not self-denial, I'm just not tempted. Like I say, when I am (ie, booze) I give way. I guess I'm just lucky that I'm uninterested in the vices that lead to fat.

My Remington Custom trigger breaks like glass at about 2lbs. The CZ is about 8oz, but very crisp with no creep whatsoever.

My hand-crafted Vital Signs spreadsheet has a cell which goes red when my BMI tips into "Obese".

This week it clicked back into "Overweight", but still has <cough> 29lb to go before reaching "Normal". Even allowing for the Gravity Well under my bedroom scales, my fine muscular physique and my solid uranium bones, that's going to be a lot of work...xx(

I'm 6 foot 2/3 (ish) and always about 13 stone. If I start to get to the 13 and a half I'll think about being more careful (but probably won't xx()

If I get under 170lbs it's time to eat more & be a little more aggressive at the gym... upwards of that I duno I've never get over 180lbs & that's fine with my considering how I'm built.
