5 ft 10 and normally
always hovered around 10.5 stone whatever i eat or dont...always wanted to be heavier and in the past ive eaten like a horse to try to up the wieght...it doesnt work.
3 years ago it went up to 11.5 stone without me reaslising

, then slowly came off again. No idea why i went up.
Trip to Uruguay 3 years ago saw me lose a stone, back to 10 stone, which was too light for me (BMI of just over 20).
Back to 10.5 stone, and now a trip to Egypt ( picked up a stomach virus) and that has seen me down to 10 stone again. Bugger my thighs look thin
