I'm 5'8" and currently 11st 8lbs. During my 20s I was 10st 10lbs. My weight went up a bit in my 30s, but then went down to 10st 10lbs when I joined a running and tri club. As soon as I finish this bio-food science trial, I'm going to try ang get back down to 11 stone at least.

5ft 10.5 (last time I was measured, but that was some years ago) and never used to be able to get over 11.5 stone when I was at Uni... probably down to playing Badminton 5 times a week and other sports when I got the chance. Started a job when I graduated and then the next time I weighed myself I was 14.5 stone!!!!:blush:

Started cycling to work as I was sick of being stuck in traffic most of the time and am now down to about 13 stone 3.

Would like to dip into the 12 stone area - probably settle around the 12.5 stone mark... but it's all my muscle mass that prevents this.

No, really. ;)

In fact I'm going to stop thinking about my weight (not an issue for me, thankfully). So now I'm working on my height. I aim to be about 6'5" by Christmas. ;)

I'm 5'5". I get worried if I get anywhere near 10 stone (140lbs or 63.5kg). I'm currently 60 kg (132lbs or 9 stone 6ish), which is fine. If I was really fit, I'd be slightly less, but I feel good right now.

I think the scales are misleading - they say your waist size is a better measure!

I am clinically just into "overweight" but I am only a 33" waist and 6ft tall ... I have lost fat since I started going to the gym as well as cycling, but my weight has stayed the same.

Petrol is currently six pounds, six shillings and sixpence a gallon!

Round about the time I passed my driving test, petrol had just hit £1.00 a gallon and they were having to replace a lot of the old pumps that couldn't cope with charging more than 99p a gallon.

I'm 5'9" and always been quite stocky. We don't have scales in the house as neither me or Mrs Greedos weights change that much.

If I'm in someones house though and there's scales i'll always go on them. I'm always between 13 and 13 and a half stone. If got above that and clothes stopped fitting me I'd just cut down on the wine, beer and cheese as i'm pretty active as it is.
