The lady of the house has named it Aerith. Others in this neighbourhood are probably just their allocated network name.
At previous residences we have named it Segowli and Marconi. We don't broadcast the names, so I'm not sure why we give them special names.

I think that's the case which is why mine's still got it's generic name rather than anything witty. That and I'm not that witty, although I may well steal the best one from this thread
