They do catch the eye but not for me, I'm an adult of sorts.

I ended up replacing the dust cap style ones with a set of Cateye Orbit 2's. Much better, and have done a years worth of commuting on the original button cells so far.

Got a basic Monkey Light on my front wheel on the commuting bike. It's a great fun but also gives a lot of confidence that I'm seen when crossing roundabouts.

Mine are just the basic ones but I'm well pleased with them. Very well made.
