Wheel Size

I know that this is a silly question but how do I measure, simply and easily the wheel size of a bike. I am selling a folding mountain bike but need to know the above information. Thanks for any help.

What is the make of the bike? If you have the tyres on the rims the wheel size will be on the tyre, as well as the tyre size. i.e 26x 32, or 20x 24. The first number will be the wheel size, the 2nd the tyre size

The 2nd number is the tyre width...
