Thank you comrades for your help.The final wheel set as ordered will be…
White Industries T11, Campagnolo silver, 28h front and rear hub, H Plus Son Archetype rims in silver, Sapim Laser spokes, silver, Continental Easytape shod in Continental Grand-prix Classic tyres from DCR Wheels at a shade under £600 – bit more than I wanted to pay, but nonetheless.Will butcher a pair of Crank Bros Split QR for them.And shortly will be seeking your erudite advice on stems, bars and seat posts.

Just an update, ordered a set from DCS as per the spec in my last comment.
I've started a board on Pinterest to track the bits I've got so far for the bike.I'll no doubt be back here to ask more advice soon.The frame is not going to be ordered for a bit yet, which I know is a funny way of doing things, but I've enjoyed getting the odd bit hear and there as I've gone a long and it makes the final cost seem a bit less.The board is here: http://www.pinterest.com/daviddunnico/new-bike-build/
