both my front and back wheel (Mavic Askium Race) are well wobbly, rubbing against the brake pads, felt wobbly on the road. After ploughing into a couple of brutal potholes in town, is this a job for the LBS or Dad lol? bit gutted, HELP

Depends if dad can true wheels i guess.........

I can do minor adjustments but take them in once in a while to the LBS as they charge £5 a wheel and can do them while i wander around town normally.

Just tightening up loose spokes isn't a good approach. Probably what some LBSs do anyway!

I think the best course of action would be to stop riding into potholes.

If you don't learn to avoid them it won't be long before you need new wheels.

Well it wont be long before i need new wheels then, as id rather hit a pothole than a bus lol. ive seen someone clearly avoiding any unevenness in the road, it looked like he was doing a slalom.
im going to take them to a good LBS this weekend.
