Okay, I have two sets of wheels that I would like to swap for something comparable, and whilst secondhand, still good enough for what I need - a decent second set of Aluminium wheels for training purposes.
The two sets are vastly different:
1> Planet X 60 mm Clinchers with aluminium braking surface. The front has done around 1000 miles and the rear around 2000 miles. Both run true and will be supplied with truing key from Planet X. Be suitable for Triathlon and TT and are SRAM/Shimano compatible.
2>The other set is arriving with my new Cannondale. Here they are...https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&sqi=2&ved=0CIEBEBYwAg&url=http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/WPSHRS10/shimano_rs10_clincher_wheelset&ei=axZ5UaTNKca1PIfpgeAD&usg=AFQjCNFwUe-HRhpFHng_GESy55FXJZ7IkQ&sig2=VMr8yP6aZNTysAble9UKgg
They'd make a good commuter set and are, completely brand new. They will be supplied as a complete wheel but with no cassette or tyres/tubes.
I'm looking for a set of wheels on the other hand that are comparable in price to the two put together - £550 or thereabouts but obviously second-hand with reasonable enough mileage as to contemplate using them as a good, second pair of wheels for training purposes.
I know it's unlikely but worth a shout so if you can use these and have a spare set of preferably aluminium high(er) end wheels that you don't use, then message me.
Thanks.
