Hi im new to this forum im from cornwall and just come back into biking after a 3 year break college got in the way
.
Just pulled both my old bikes out the shed put air in the on of the bikes tyres, and noticed it was rubbing on the mud guard. So span the wheel to see if it was buckled. on doing that i noticed the rim is fine but the tyre seems to be boldged on one part of the tyre. Can this happen if the bike is left over time?
Cheers Tom
