Hi Guys,

One more quick question, so how do you sell the bits / bikes that you no longer want or need? Do you just keep them for spares? ebay? etc.

Cheers

I build them up into other bikes, using frames I find in skips. I never buy new bikes, they do nothing at all for me.

Anything that I have that is decent will get used. Anything that I have that is worn out or broken goes to recycling.

I look at several large traders online, and visit three or four of my local bike shops.

I'm planning on using a LBS for my next large purchase.

I generally shop online and keep looking 'til I find the right price... or pop down to Halfords (sorry, but the 'proper' bike shops in town are over priced and staffed by kids who turn their noses up at any cuctomer not wearing lycra).

Like-bikes... your website looks great, but whether it'll be competitive in the search engines is another matter. What's the marketing plan? SEO, PPC, a bit of both?
