bit of an update re both
the Holdsworth has gone to lbs to have bottom bracket,headset serviced along with a pr of 27" wheels trued and serviced . frame number looks to be 30511 stamped across b/bracket have asked lbs to check fork stem for numbers and stamping. general census is 1960's. not sure whether to use 27" or 700's as it seems to be set for 700's .
the Roy Thame is slowly having excess bits removed ready for general cleaning and testing and decision time

all things being equal Holdsworth should be collected from its exrtended stay at lbs and then i can crack on with re commision work

bike back and almost ready to go just need to sort a pr of decent 700 wheels out along with some brake pads fitting , forks look original as same number stamped on them as frame
