When is the last weekend of the month?

so now I need to know.... is that the last 2 full weeks of the last 14 days .... what happens when the last day is on a Wednesday.... is it only open for a week and a half....
wonder if this is why so many places now open 7 days a week...

That would never happen though, if the month end is in the middle of the week.
What day do you start your week on. Sunday or Monday?
