Hi guys I'm doing a charity cycle ride in aug 22,23and24th Newcastle to Peterborough at what point do you think I should lay off the bike before the first day on the Wednesday so I'm pretty fresh and should I fill up with pasta meals in days before
A couple of days should be fine. I find 3 days off the bike and i feel so strong,but everyone is different and depends on how physically fit you are.
As far as Pasta and loading up with carbs .... The day before and make sure you hydrate fully. Lots of water all day!
