My wife has gone away to visit her daughter till next Saturday so I thought I will bring my spare bike and set it on the rollers in the kitchen till then. It will save me having to go to the cellar and also easier to use. Please don't let her know.

Mrs Vernon is going to a ukulele course in the Lake District this weekend so I'm eating curry with @Cubist on Friday and pies with @User14044 and @Hill Wimp on Saturday.

I once put my rollers in the kitchen when Mrs pplpilot was away... she was mightily miffed when she got back to discover a chunk missing from one of the units door front. I'd stick with the cellar if I were you.
