Weren't you complaining only a couple of days ago about someone who rode a bit too quick "TdF wannabe's" or something? You ought to make up your mind.............or is it that you just moan about every single other cyclist on the planet?

This article is far more learned and thoughtful than I ever am, but in my humble experience there is a fine line between being ambitious and being an @rsehole, and those who fall into the latter category are easier to feel mockery towards.

@Soup890 I bet the same people looking for your downfall have had much the same chances as you to put yourself out there and show the drive but haven't had the vision or guts to do so. F**k em.

Here for rides.
Some folk want to see their own star shine brightly.
Some folk are afraid that when their star shines brightly, then if another person's star shines brightly too, their own star may appear dim in comparison.
Some folk are happy with the brightness of their own star, and happier still that other stars also shine brightly because they know more stars is never a bad thing.
