assuming my eyes aren't playing tricks and they're suede.........try Gant and Peter Werth when the spring summer collections come out. Gant have a dark brown suede 'chukka' now, but the range should increase in March.

There's a shop in Brixton selling Italian suede shoes with nice white soles for twenty quid. At the moment they have orange and dark blue - I have the orange ones.

Tut tut, you should never wear suede shoes in the snow, it stains them permanently.

that sort fo thing, but no bulky stitching and a bit smoother over the instep and toe
