I'm using Chrome, and Windows... um 7 I think on my laptop.
When I look at a webpage, the scroll bar to the right of the screen used to have a slider, and little arrows at the top and bottom. Clicking on the arrow, or holding it down gave me just the right scrolling speed for things like skimming Twitter, without moving my hand. But when I logged on this evening after dinner, the arrows are gone, I only have the scroll bar and the slider. Clicking inside the scroll bar scrolls too quickly, and moving the slider means moving my hand. Not a huge deal, but I'd like my arrows back! I'm sure they were there before dinner, an hour earlier! Any ideas?
I've checked a word doc, and the arrows are still on the scroll bars there.
