Where this weekend?

Hi I'm based in Edinburgh and suddenly have 4 days off starting tomorrow. any ideas?

I'm thinking either far north starting in Ullapool or Inverness. or maybe western isles if the ferries are reasonable, or even Ireland? I've got freinds in Dublin I could visit. . .and I'd like to see the giants causeway.

Or what about hadrians wall. do I have time for Edinburgh-Newcastle, newcastle-carlilse, carlilse-edinburgh. in four days?

Probably happy doing 100miles a day at a push.

Any ideas considered!!!

We live in Fife and have just got back from a week based in Kelso but toured around the Scottish borders, it was lovely down there. I have done bags of riding up north but the borders were a real change.
