Where to buy a carbon frame?

I'm after some information from all you knowledgeable peeps out there.
I would like to build my own bike, preferably with a carbon frame, but I'm not sure where to purchase the frame from.
I know you can get them from China, via eBay, and that is a consideration, but I just wanted to know if there's anywhere else out there that's nearer to home (Southern England). Some of you with experience of buying or knowledge of someone's else's experiences.
I would prefer it not to be branded as I would like my own colour scheme and decals.
I am looking for a Sportive based geometry rather than an out and out speed machine, something along the lines of a Giant Defy or Trek Madone or Cannondale Synapse etc. (I know I could just buy one of the mentioned and be done with it, but I just fancy a challenge of a self build).
I would like to keep the cost at a reasonable rate, so looking at upto £450 (frame).

All major bike companies will sell you a frame, if that's what you desire and eBay will get you a source for Chinese plastic
you have to realize that building a bike from a frame set is not the cheap option in general. It gets you exactly what you want, but its typically not cost effective.
You would be wise to look at second hand frames as well.

Does anyone know if there are any UK or European equivalent company's to the Chinese sellers on eBay like DengFu etc.
I would prefer a non branded frame so I can personalise it to my liking.
