where to get a specific light bracket

Does anyone know where one can get hold of the main part of the 2-bolt bracket shown HERE at SJS Cycles and illustrated below? I don't mean the arm part of the bracket, but the main circular bit. They are different from Cateye brackets, which are single-bolt and have a different notch spacing around the bolt-hole for the arm.

I have some in different sizes as follows:
B-1 12.7mm
B-1 15.8mm
B-1 19mm
B-2 22.6mm
B-3 25.4-26.8mm
NB-3 26.8-27.4mm
B-4 28.6-31.8mm
and need more of them, particularly the smaller diameter ones, but have no idea where from. SJS only does one size it seems.

It's a reflector bracket, and must be fitted to every single bike ever sold in the UK. I'd email any of teh main importers/distributors and ask how they source them. They'll cost pence at a guess. but I doubt you'll get them retail.
