Jimbo was banned months ago, for basically threatening one of the mods via PM ("I know where you commute and you'd better watch your back", or words to that effect). Bill Gates ... no idea.

Well, just shows to go you. I never would've believed it. People do seem to say things on the internet they might not say in real life. Although who knows, perhaps after a stop at Ikea a quick wallop of an unsuspecting mod may have balanced the calories for the pastry nicely.

Yes indeed - stress can and does change folk. He may have "Threatened while the balance of his mind was disturbed". But as you say it doesn't excuse it.

Perhaps Admin's mind balance is also disturbed? Or would that be "situation normal"

Banning him:
a) wouldn't stop him knowing where the mod lives of commutes
b) would give him even more to be angry about.....
