Have you been away then?

Not really. Just been very busy with work.
I've been off the bike for the last couple of months also, due to damaged foot ligaments from playing footie (absolute agony - thought I'd bust my metatarsal, again). Should be back on the bike in the new year, all being well...then back to playing footie, of course.
