Which bike shall I buy?

Hi all,
I haven't got much money to buy an expensive bike (max. £200). I didn't find any secondhand bike in the last 2 months so I'm planning to buy a new one, but I can't decide which one is better.
Classis Touriste 29" Adult Bike or Claud Butler trailridge 1.3?

I'd continue looking for second-hand and/or keep saving - check the local papers and Gumtree (if you're not already).
