Which Chain

I have a Sirrus,the large chaingear is past its prime,& a couple of teeth are iffy on the cassette,so both for a change.Which chain would you use?

any chain which is compatible with your grouset - there ain't much difference between any of them...

KMC X9, the grey ones are about £13 if you look around on ebay etc. and the silver bling version is a few pounds more.

I've not had much luck with Shimano chains, so I'd avoid them. The KMC ones I'm running now seem good, and their quick-links are excellent.
