Really? I thought the lease company would charge retail and pay trade as part of a further profit grab. I'm clearly too cynical for this game.

I've read quite a number of posts on leasing threads and the advice is almost always to do nothing because a. It might be missed, and b. One might be doing work to remedy fair W&T, and finally c. The remediations tend to come out much cheaper than people had expected/feared.
