A few questions...

How much money do you want/have to spend?
What is the bike going to be used for?

Traveling around town
I can spend about £250ish

The voodoo I have linked will be 220 and the cloud Butler will be 270

I have these two bikes and I would like advice on which is better overall

The voodoo one says out of stock but I have the last one reserved :P
The Cluade Butler one would be from my local cycle shop

Ten years ago I would've said claud butler, but now I would say voodoo.

That said, one of those has front suspension, which at that budget will be utterly crap and add unnecessary weight. So we're not comparing like for like. So assuming you are prepared to sod suspension which is a waste of time and money, I would recommend the voodoo.

Take a look at the Claud Butler fixed fork hybrids if your local shop is a CB dealer. I got into cycling riding a CB Urban 200 and it's sound as a pound.

I have two friends with the Voodoo Marasa and they love it. Nine speed as opposed to seven on the C.B. Go have a sit on them and see what you think. For me this would be an easy choice, Voodoo.

Which model do they have? The model I have linked is the 2013/2014 version

If you guys honestly think that the front suspension is just going to add weight and nothing more then I'll be leaning towards the voodoo. I'm due to pick it up on Friday if I decide on which to go with.

Ignoring the front suspension is the cgain set, brakes and other stuff similar or do either of them have more quality parts in those areas

They bought them last year, so same as in your link.
One bought thinner tyres soon after as they were only road cycling, the other likes the tyres that came with it.

I think you have sold me on the voodoo, I can't try the claud butler because it has to be ordered in from my local bike dealer but I can have a sit on the voodoo as they have them in halfords

I'll give it a look and see how it feels

Thanks for the advice
