Which MTB grips?

We're off on our honeymoon cycling in Wales in July and taking both the road bikes and mtb's, my mtb needs new grips but I don't have a clue which ones to get. Does anyone have any recommendations please?

I like the Specialized ergo grips on my hybrid, not sure how they work offroad

They are exactly the same as many other branded grips, but a hell of a lot less.
