My vote's for the Cube 2012 LTD Pro Hardtail MTB Bike, seems like a good bike with the best spec.

The Ltd Pro. The Ltd is OK, but the Reba fork on the Pro is just fantastic and will make all the difference.

Be aware that these bikes are out and out XC bike geometry, fast on bridleways, fire roads and tracks. On level singletrack nothing will get close in terms of speed. They climb very well with seriously planted front end. They tackle technical stuff very well but require a great amount of rider input on tech stuff.... very capable, but you have to do all the work, and they can be a bit nervy on loose descents.

That said, learn to ride on one of these and your skill levels will go through the roof. I absolutely love mine.

Think I know which one to buy if I go for an MTB option... .
