Shooting and Lawn Bowls :headshake:Guess I'm just an old fart.
Mind you I enjoyed Crown Green Bowls when we went up to my ex's in Blackburn, but up there you can play in jeans, a Tshirt and baseball boots (my normal attire when not cycling, working or at a wedding/funeral). Here in Leicester its all white trousers, shirt&tie and BLAZERS xx( with cries of "Nice wood Maud" and that's on the municipal greens. I must just be Northern at heart or maybe its my 5 generations back Scottish ancestry asserting itself.

Badminton, then netball then hockey.
Badminton is dull and you need someone to play with. Netball!! Even playing it is like watching paint dry and don't even get me started on hockey. After I left school, where I was forced to do all 3 of the tedious 'sports' above, I vowed never to do them again, and I haven't.

I'm apparently not a cyclist either, which I must say having just come back from a jaunt on the bike I'm inclined to agree with. No, Boxing, Wrestling and Judo are the things to do. I'll ask MrsD if she's interested in any of those later.

First Badminton, then Squash then Judo apparently. Never tried Judo, could never get on with Squash the couple of times I had a go but I did really enjoy badminton and was reasonably good when I was at school.
