Rib-eye because of the fat in it. Fillet, serloin rump etc are bland, no taste IMHO.

That would be my choice but only after being hung for about 28 days

Porterhouse is nice if you like a larger steak and similar to T bone but thicker cut and more tender in my experience.

Alternatively a nice Filet Mignon is sublime if you like your steak medium rare- melts in the mouth.

My wife always has fillet but I find it too soft. Prefer something with a bit more chew in it.
